Website and hosting

Your browser sends technical connection data to the web server, including your IP address, request time and URL, and browser and operating-system information. This data supports delivery and security of the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website.

Email enquiries

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and message are transmitted securely to our server and sent to our inbox through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.). Resend receives the contact details and message content needed for delivery. This website does not additionally save the message in a database. Processing outside the EU is possible. You can also contact us directly by email.

We use your contact details and message to respond to your enquiry. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to contract-related enquiries; Article 6(1)(f) applies to other enquiries, based on our interest in responding. We delete correspondence once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention requirements apply.

Booking with Calendly

Booking is provided through an external Calendly link. No Calendly widget loads before you follow the link. On the booking page, Calendly, LLC processes contact and appointment details; processing in the USA is possible. We use booking details to arrange and hold your consultation under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and delete them when no longer required, subject to retention obligations. You can also contact us by email.

Fonts

The Manrope and DM Mono fonts are served by this website. Your browser does not connect to Google Fonts to load them.

Usage statistics

This website does not embed a visitor-tracking service such as Vercel Analytics or Google Analytics. Search optimization may use aggregated reports from Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, without an additional browser tracking script. Enquiries and bookings are reviewed to respond to requests and manually assess demand.
