Workflow automation: solution concept
A supervised request workflow concept with validation, AI drafts, approval and retry rules. An architectural illustration, not a production client reference.
Solution concept · illustrative interface · not a client case study

The task
Recurring requests need preparation without delegating business accountability to a model. This concept separates intake, processing and approval. The illustration describes a possible solution rather than a running customer automation.
One possible architecture
Intake validates the input format and a unique identifier. A workflow retrieves approved context and produces a draft. A person checks recipient and content. Only after approval does a separate step perform the external action.
- Intake → validation → duplicate check
- Approved context → draft → human review
- Approval → external action → status and failure path
Important decisions
Retries must not cause repeated external actions. Incomplete inputs require manual review. The data sent to external services and responsibility for failed runs must be established before use.
Evaluation and limitations
A test set would include ordinary requests, contradictory information, duplicates and unavailable target systems. No time-saving claim is justified without that evaluation and a baseline comparison. This illustration is not an executed workflow or a benchmark.
