Mansora · Consulting & implementation
Cloud and Kubernetes consulting with implementation
Plan cloud infrastructure, assess Kubernetes and improve Terraform deployments. Mansora supports scoped reviews, migrations and operational handover.
Cloud infrastructure should fit your applications and the people available to operate it. Mansora supports architecture decisions, reproducible environments and bounded migrations. Kubernetes is evaluated against actual requirements; a simpler platform may be the better choice.
When this service fits
- Environments drift and changes are difficult to trace.
- Cloud bills grow without clear usage information or ownership.
- A migration or Kubernetes adoption needs a verifiable delivery plan.
What you receive
- An assessment of workloads, dependencies and operating requirements
- An architecture decision covering alternatives and cost drivers
- Versioned infrastructure and a bounded pilot or migration step
- Access, backup, recovery and handover documentation
How we approach the work
We first establish availability, data, access and operating-team requirements. Suitable managed services or Kubernetes are compared with simpler alternatives. A pilot tests assumptions; migration and return to the previous state are planned before cutover.
A technical example
An application could receive a reproducible test environment defined in Terraform. Comparing a managed container platform with Kubernetes exposes recurring costs, networking needs and maintenance before more workloads move.
Scope and cost drivers
Accounts, environments, networking complexity, data volume and availability requirements determine scope. Provider charges and ongoing operational work are considered separately from a one-time infrastructure project.
Common questions
Do we need Kubernetes?
Not automatically. Workload requirements, deployment needs and your team's operating capacity matter. A managed application or container platform may be sufficient.
Can we commission a cloud cost review separately?
Yes. A bounded review can examine usage, resources, data transfer and ownership, producing prioritized actions. Potential savings depend on the actual environment.
