Cybersecurity consulting and technical security reviews
Mansora reviews cloud configuration, access and technical risks through bounded security assessments with prioritized actions and practical handover.
A technical security review needs a defined subject and findings that people can interpret. Mansora examines agreed applications, cloud configurations or delivery processes, assessing findings against impact, exposure and remediation effort. Scope is established before any access is granted.
When this service fits
- Permissions and service accounts have accumulated without clear ownership.
- An application needs an independent architecture or configuration review before launch.
- Existing findings need priorities and an actionable improvement plan.
What you receive
- Agreed system boundaries, access rights and review questions
- Traceable findings with affected components and context
- A prioritized action plan with ownership
- A findings discussion and, when commissioned, verification of agreed fixes
How we approach the work
We first establish system boundaries, data and permitted activities. Configuration reviews use limited read-only access where possible. Findings are assessed with your team; changes and retesting receive their own agreed scope.
A technical example
An IAM review could examine which automation retains production write access. The finding identifies the permission, the technical need and a narrower role where suitable. Any change is tested in an appropriate environment first.
Scope and cost drivers
System count and type, documentation, access procedures and review depth drive effort. A technical review does not replace certification or legal assessment. Penetration testing is included only under an explicitly agreed scope.
Common questions
Will we only receive scanner output?
The agreed review should explain findings in context and prioritize them. Automated tools may help; interpretation for the system being examined remains essential.
Can you implement the improvements?
Implementation and verification can be agreed separately. Responsibilities, tests and recovery options are established before production changes.
